Beachborough Offsite Civil Project

Terra Contracting was awarded the offsite civil work for the Beachborough development located in the City of White Rock by Allaire Construction.

This project involved Terra installing 110 m of new water main along the intersection of North Bluff Road and Nichol Road, installation of 160 m of new storm main along Coldicutt Lane, and installation of 70 m of new sanitary main along Coldicutt Lane.

For this project, Terra was challenged to install the storm and sanitary main in a tight residential backlane but thanks to excellent coordination with the City, work was completed quickly with no complaints. Our project scope also included the removal of 70 m of existing asbestos concrete pipes which was completed quickly and safely as per WorkSafeBC and City guidelines.
