University Of British Columbia Infrastructure Project: The Counselling Service Civil Works

Client: The University of British Columbia
The project was awarded to Terra by the UBC Properties Trust. Under strict time constraint, Terra was able to accommodate the team from Metric Modular to install site services for a modular facility while working around other subcontractors around the area. Traffic control was also a challenge on this project that Terra was able to overcome.
Key Highlights:
- Disposed 10,000m3+ of gravel
- Imported 40,000 m3 of gravel
- Completed during busy school season
