Terra Contracting was prequalified and awarded the PMCC Earthworks and Shoring project by Ledcor Construction Group. This project is a high-profile project for City of Coquitlam is located beside a recreational center and residential homes. Therefore, strict safety procedures were followed and met to successfully close out the project.
For this project, Terra’s scope of work consisted of soldier pile installations, bulk excavation and shoring, detail excavations, slab prep, and building perimeter backfill. Working with Ledcor, Terra successfully completed the project on schedule while coordinating work with other trades.
