Terra Contracting was awarded multiple contracts to complete site preparation and site services at various Housing sites in the City of Vancouver. Scope of work includes onsite and offsite site services with sanitary/storm/water tie-ins; site preparation; retaining wall and backfill; and hardscape/landscape.

All the project sites demanded short construction schedule, and Terra was able to beat deadlines every time. Soon, Terra gained the trust of BC Housing team and was granted future projects through negotiations.

With design build projects, changes were made on the fly, and the team at Terra was able to effectively communicate and collaborate on the work to ensure full compliance at all times.

The Vancouver Housing project received many accolades in providing housing at a economic and efficient way. Terra Contracting is proud to serve as the trusted civil contractor for Vancouver Housing program (VAHA).
