Quantum Properties as the developer, Terra was awarded the Montrose Square Offsite Civil project in the Fall of 2020. Despite the site’s limited working space and laydown area, Terra was still able install approximately 200m of 600mm and 750mm concrete pipes by tremendous sequencing and coordination on Hawethorne Senior Cares Community’s staff parking lot. This was crucial to the project because it involved health/safety of the staffs and residents and compromised a large portion of staff’s parking lot, especially during COVID-19 pandemic.
