Terra was tasked with the excavation and shoring scopes for this project, working under Axiom Builders on the first phase of a high rise tower by Strand Developments.
Terra’s excavation and shoring divisions were able to effectively control and accelerate schedule, achieving milestone target dates for crane pad and footing excavation. The 11-row deep excavation and shoring project called for a wide range of equipment, including a long-reach excavator and multiple drills.
The scope of the project included the supply and installation of 31,500 square feet of shotcrete shoring, 30,800 linear feet of conventional anchors, and 140 linear feet of pipe piles.
