Qualex-Landmark’s residential development project in Burnaby comprises a 31-storey residential tower and a 5-storey apartment building, with four levels of below-grade parking.
Terra was responsible for the excavation and hauling of 55,000 cubic meters of soils and the installation of approximately 40,000 square feet of shotcrete and 35,500 linear feet of various types of anchors.
Despite the challenging site conditions, including hard ground and soil sloughing issues, Terra executed the project efficiently and in accordance with all applicable regulations and industry standards.
