Terra was responsible for the excavation and shoring aspects of a new development project in
Coquitlam for Quantum Properties.
Terra’s excavation and shoring teams effectively managed subcontractors and scheduling,
meeting key milestones for the crane pad and detail excavation. The project, involving a seven-
row deep excavation and shoring, required a diverse range of equipment, including multiple
excavator sand drills for anchor bars and pipe piles.
The project scope included the supply and installation of 24,000 square feet of shotcrete, 21,400
linear feet of hollow anchor bars, and 4,500 linear feet of pipe piles.
